to maintain their older homes' architectural and historic integrity
by placing an official home plaque on your historic home.

Criteria
for Home Certification
- Original
windows and doors intact or replaced with sensitivity to architecture
- Original
building material of exterior walls and accents intact or restored
- If there
are additions, they are sensitive to the original construction
with respect to the scale of the original portion of the home
and the quality of craftsmanship
- Authenticity
of materials
How
to Certify Your Home
- Print
this application and send the application and check to
Historic Denver .
- Historic
Denver will review the applications for certification and will
notify the homeowner within two to four weeks.
- Upon approval
of certification, the homeowner will receive the Certified Historic
Denver Home plaque.
