Located in the Wyman local historic district the church was built in 1909 by the architect William Fisher. The church has an Estey organ funded by the Carnegie Foundation in 1913. The sanctuary windows and woodwork were restored with the money from a grant from the Colorado Historical Society's State Historical Fund.

The church shares their space with the Warren Village, Inc., a learning center, Capital Hill United Ministries Coupon Clippers, The Coming Out Organization and various Capital Hill organizations.
