Many of the homes in Curtis Park were built between 1885 to 1890, and it is considered Denver’s first streetcar suburb. Curtis Park Neighbors have organized an open house style event, to allow us to enjoy the interiors and exteriors of homes in the neighborhood. Your ticket gives you access to the homes on either Saturday September 24th or Sunday September 25th from 10am to 3pm.
